Later in life a touch of sparkling glitter added the finishing touch to much of her Artwork. And why not? Sparkle was all around Noel! Snowflakes sparkle, stars in the sky sparkle, bodies of water sparkle, the scales of fish sparkle too! Noel had a twinkle in her eye... no wait... a sparkle!
